Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Daily check of foreign workers' attendance at hostel including weekends and/or Public Holiday.
  • Attend to foreign workers' welfare matters such as bring workers to FOMEMA check, apply bank card, hospital appointments, go to Immgration/ Embassy for passport or permit issues, lodge police reports & etc.
  • Perform periodic audit check at workers’ hostel – including 5S’, and compliance of AKTA446.
  • Handle disciplinary issue at worker's hostel.
  • Assist in monitoring and arrange bus for foreign workers to and fro work.
  • Liaise with hostel management to settle building's repair and maintenance, and security matters.
  • In charge of hostel arrangement for new join foreign worker.
  • Assist in induction for new join foreign workers.
  • To perform ad hoc tasks assigned by superior from time to time.

REQUIREMENT

  • Possess SPM / Diploma & above
  • Prefer at least 2 years’ experience in related field.
  • Familiar with Akta446
  • Required skill: MS Office, ability of multi-tasking & prioritization skills
  • Able to work independently and able to work within a team.
  • Good interpersonally skills.
  • Must be able to work overtime on weekend and/or public holiday.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

  • Melaka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
