Job Description

To strengthen our Fulfilment Excellence Team in Poland (Szczecin) and the Czech Republic (Cheb), we are looking for a Junior Project Manager (m/f/d) Inbound Logistics to start as soon as possible.

Key responsibilities:

Inbound Process Support:

  • Supports the design, documentation, and monitoring of warehouse inbound processes, contributing to seamless integration with broader warehouse operations
  • Assists in cross-functional alignment between inbound metrics and Supply Chain goals
  • Provides day-to-day user support and troubleshooting for inbound process and system issues to minimize operational disruptions

Inbound Performance Tracking:

  • Tracks and monitors inbound KPIs with a focus on safety, quality, speed, and productivity
  • Contributes to the project portfolio aimed at driving continuous improvement in inbound performance year-over-year (YoY)

WMS Support \& Development:

  • Supports the testing and implementation of WMS processes across warehouses, ensuring alignment with operational requirements
  • Assists during go-live and stabilization phases to ensure smooth transitions and minimal disruption to inbound performance
  • Acts as a point of contact between system users and project teams for WMS-related issues and communications

Standards and Documentation:

  • Contributes to the development and continuous improvement of inbound process standards and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Assists in reviewing and updating documentation to ensure consistency and compliance across warehouse operations
  • Supports training initiatives to ensure warehouse staff are up to date with SOPs and system changes

Continuous Improvement:

  • Uses data to identify patterns and trends that highlight opportunities for inbound process improvements
  • Supports continuous improvement efforts by collecting operational feedback and contributing to lessons-learned reviews
  • Keeps up to date with industry best practices to support the integration of new methodologies into inbound processes

Stakeholder Communication \& Collaboration:

  • Participates in cross-functional meetings and contributes to discussions on inbound best practices
  • Supports communication related to inbound improvement projects, including performance updates and milestone tracking
  • Assists in delivering training to ensure relevant teams are proficient in inbound systems, tools, and SOPs
  • Serves as a point of contact for warehouse teams regarding inbound queries and day-to-day process guidance

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
  • Initial experience (1+ years) in warehouse operations, with exposure to inbound logistics and/or process improvement initiatives
  • Basic understanding of warehouse inbound processes, including receiving, putaway, returns handling, and inventory management
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to work with data and contribute to actionable reporting
  • Collaborative approach with a willingness to work cross-functionally with operations, IT, and data teams
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude toward identifying and resolving process gaps
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is a plus
  • Proficient in English — mandatory; German, Polish, Czech, or Russian would be a plus
