Key Responsibilities
- Prepare quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications using PlanSwift.
- Assist in preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), cost estimates, and project budgets.
- Support tendering and bidding activities by preparing pricing documents and cost analysis.
- Review drawings, specifications, and contract documents to identify discrepancies.
- Coordinate with procurement teams to obtain material and subcontractor quotations.
- Monitor project costs and assist in preparing monthly cost reports and valuations.
- Track variations, claims, and change orders.
- Conduct site measurements and verify quantities when required.
- Maintain records of unit rates, material costs, and supplier databases.
- Assist senior QS and project teams in commercial and contractual matters.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of UAE experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Estimation Engineer.
- Mandatory knowledge of PlanSwift for quantity take-offs and estimation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD.
- Good understanding of UAE construction practices, tender procedures, and contracts.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
