Responsibilities
Coordinate with designers, project managers, carpenters, and site teams
Produce and update CAD drawings or assist engineers and designers to deliver precise technical documentation for projects
Assist in incost estimation, quotation preparation, and tender documentation
4.Perform quantity measurements and prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
Sourcing and negotiating with suppliers and trade contractors.
Handle project administration and documentation.
Required competencies
Proficiency in basic AutoCAD for producing and updating technical drawings
Basic understanding of interior design principles and building regulations.
Good communication and time management skills
Pay: $2,500.00 - $2,800.00 per month
