Joinery & Interior Project coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day site activities for Joinery / interior fit-out projects
• Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and safety standards
• Manage subcontractors, labor, and materials to meet project timelines
• Conduct site inspections and report progress to the project manager
• Solve on-site issues and provide technical guidance to workers
• Ensure proper installation of finishes, partitions, ceilings, flooring, and furniture
• Maintain site documentation, material records, and daily reports

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Foreman in interior fit-out projects
• Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and construction techniques
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and technical documents
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations
• UAE driving license preferred
