About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Supply Chain & Inventory Coordinator to join our team in Auckland. This role handles day-to-day stock tracking, supplier coordination, and logistics administration. While you will manage tasks independently, we focus heavily on potential, adaptability, and strong organizational skills. Key Responsibilities
Ownership: Monitor and update stock levels across inventory systems, making sure physical counts match digital records and tracking incoming shipments.
Collaboration: Work closely with local and international suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal teams to coordinate delivery schedules and resolve dispatch delays.
Problem Solving: Identify stock discrepancies or delivery bottlenecks, investigate missing items, and suggest simple ways to speed up inventory turnaround.
Data & Reporting: Maintain accurate product data, process purchase orders, and compile basic inventory and freight reports for management.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: 1–2 years of experience in a warehouse office, retail stockroom management, logistics support, or general administrative role. (We are highly open to entry-level applicants or graduates who learn systems quickly).
Communication: Clear verbal and written communication skills with the ability to follow up confidently with transport partners and suppliers.
Technical Skills: General comfort using Microsoft Excel (updating spreadsheets, basic filtering, and data entry). Familiarity with inventory or ERP software (like SAP, MYOB, or Xero) is a plus, but we are fully ready to train the right person.
Problem Solving: A structured, methodical mindset with strong attention to detail. You enjoy physical or digital organizing, troubleshooting transit issues, and keeping your daily tasks moving.
Education: A degree, diploma, logistics certificate, or equivalent practical work experience and a strong willingness to learn.
