Responsibilities:* Provide technical support for end-user devices and standard applications * Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues * Handle IT incidents and service requests within defined SLAs * Monitor daily IT operations and ensure service availability * Support LAN/Wi-Fi connectivity and basic network issues * Monitor and manage basic server operations as assigned * Monitor backup processes and report any failures * Maintain IT assets inventory and device lifecycle tracking * Prepare and configure devices for new users (onboarding) * Ensure endpoint security policies and updates are applied * Maintain documentation and prepare periodic IT reports * Coordinate with vendors and assist in IT-related tasks and projects
Requirements:* Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience) * 2–5 years of experience in IT operations or a similar role * Good knowledge of Windows OS and common business applications * Basic understanding of networking and troubleshooting * Experience with user support, devices, and IT operations * Fluency in English is required * The Hindi language is an advantage * Experience in a GCC environment is preferred * Good communication and problem-solving skills
