Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced IT Administrator responsible for managing, maintaining, and supporting the company’s IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of server administration, virtualization, network services, data backup, and user support to ensure smooth and secure IT operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain company servers, workstations, and IT infrastructure.
• Strong experience in VMware virtualization environment including installation, configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting of virtual machines.
• Manage and maintain Active Directory including user accounts, groups, permissions, policies, and domain administration.
• Configure and manage DNS and DHCP services for network operations.
• Perform regular data backup and restore operations to ensure business continuity.
• Manage backup solutions, monitor backup jobs, and troubleshoot backup failures.
• Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server operating systems.
• Manage user access, security permissions, and IT policies.
• Maintain and troubleshoot network devices including switches, routers, and access points.
• Manage and support biometric attendance systems and user access control systems.
• Monitor system performance, security updates, and hardware/software issues.
• Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Maintain IT documentation including system configurations, asset records, and procedures.
• Perform system upgrades, installations, and preventive maintenance.
• Ensure proper antivirus, security, and patch management across systems.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT-related requirements.

Required Skills \& Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an IT Administrator or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of VMware, Active Directory, Windows Server, DNS, DHCP, and Backup Management.
• Experience in network troubleshooting and IT infrastructure support.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity practices and data protection.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple IT tasks.

Pay: Up to KD400.000 per hour
