Job Summary.

Under the direction of the Supply chain Supervisor and Operations Manager (dotted reporting), this role will support the financial process by preparing and issuing invoices for delivered materials and services and following up through customer procedures until payment is received.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Third party invoicing to customers.
  • Ensure all billing documents follow Sox guidelines and customer requirements.
  • Research issues as they arise and bring resolution in a timely manner.
  • Visiting the clients’ offices to submit job tickets. Answer disputes and follow up with clients, operations and sales teams to resolve them.
  • Liaise with shop team to prepare job tickets and service kit in preparation for invoicing.
  • Liaise with accounting to record revenue accruals as needed as per company policies.
  • Update Track-A-Tool and provide troubleshooting support system-wise as required.
  • Supervise the loading process and confirm COCs (Certificates of Conformance) of tools to be dispatched.
  • Log tools details while receiving tools from field and inform Service Supervisor about any abnormal damage on the tools.
  • Assist districts with system (TAT) related projects and asset movements.
  • Perform additional work-related tasks as assigned.
  • Maintain 5S / housekeeping of work area.
  • Comply with all NOV company and HSE policies and procedures.
  • Other duties as assigned.

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/SKILL-SET REQUIRED:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in invoicing, billing, finance support, or operations.
  • Knowledge of invoicing processes, SOX compliance, and revenue accruals.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; ERP system experience preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication skills with the ability to collaborate across functions and interact with customers.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Commitment to HSE policies and 5S workplace standards.
