InteriOmasters is one of Vancouver's leading wallcovering and decorative wall solutions companies. We are a family-run, BC-based business offering premium wallpapers, vinyl wall murals, decorative wall panels, acoustic solutions, and professional installation services to homeowners and commercial clients across the Lower Mainland.

We are growing, and we are looking for a driven, personable Sales Representative to help bring new clients into the InteriOmasters family.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Sales Representative at InteriOmasters, you will be the face of the business to new and existing clients. This is a hands-on, people-first sales role, you will be meeting with homeowners, interior designers, and commercial clients, understanding their vision, and guiding them toward the right wall solutions for their space.

You do not need to come in knowing everything about wallpapers or panels, we will train you on our full product range. What we need is someone who is confident, organized, genuinely personable, and motivated to close.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Meet with residential and commercial clients for sales consultations
• Understand each client's space, style, and budget and recommend the right products
• Follow up on leads and inquiries to move prospects toward a confirmed sale
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, designers, and contractors
• Prepare quotes and communicate pricing clearly and professionally
• Coordinate with the team on project timelines and installation scheduling
• Represent InteriOmasters at client meetings with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Track leads and update client information accurately

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Confident, warm communicator, you can talk to anyone and make them feel comfortable
• Self-motivated and target-oriented, you like closing and take pride in results
• Organized and reliable, you follow through on every lead and every commitment
• Presentable and professional in client-facing settings
• Previous sales or customer-facing experience is preferred but not required
• Interest in interior design, home décor, or renovation is a genuine bonus

Pay: $18.25-$20.00 per hour
