Macmahon Maintenance Masters is Macmahon’s internal field service division, providing support to Macmahon's surface and underground mining operations. The team is composed of experienced tradespeople and is suited to someone who is technically experienced, confident in their abilities and excited by the prospect of a new challenge every day.

About the Role

You’ll carry out repairs, servicing and diagnostics on Mobile Plant across our Byerwen Project. You’ll work alongside experienced teammates who share knowledge and support each other to get the job done safely and efficiently.

Role Details and Benefits

• Location: Byerwen
• Roster: 7:7 DIDO
• Rates: Up to $85 per hour (temp to perm)

Responsibilities

• Repairs, servicing and diagnostics on Earthmoving Equipment
• Support strong equipment availability and safe, reliable performance
• Speak-up and contribute to our culture; everyone home safe, every swing
• Work closely with production and planning teams to schedule work

What You’ll Bring

• Australian-recognised trade
• Experience with Heavy Mobile Equipment (CAT, Liebherr \& Hitachi) brands or systems, ideally in Surface Mining
• Experience with alternators, starter motors \& air-conditioning units
• Commitment to safe work practices and job quality
