The Opportunity

Reporting to the Group Manager – HR, the HR Administrator plays a vital role in supporting the People & Culture function across the Craig Mostyn Group. This role is responsible for delivering accurate, timely and confidential HR administration, supporting people programs, maintaining employee records, and ensuring smooth HR processes across the business.

You will work closely with the broader HR team and leaders across multiple sites, helping to ensure our people practices are compliant, efficient and aligned with organisational needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare employment contracts, variations, and onboarding documentation for new and existing employees.
  • Maintain accurate employee records across HR systems, ensuring compliance with legislative and company requirements
  • Raise PO's and process invoices for HR related activities.
  • Provide general HR administrative support to the Group Manager – HR and broader People & Culture team.
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, including system setup, documentation, and compliance checks.
  • Support and manage the administration of our recognition programs.
  • Assist with HR reporting, including workforce metrics, compliance reporting, and monthly dashboards.
  • Support policy updates, document control and communication across the organisation.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance HR processes and employee experience.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • Experience in HR administration or a similar support role.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline (desirable but not essential).
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, documentation and compliance requirements.
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills and a collaborative working style.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach and a genuine interest in supporting people and HR operations.
  • Experience with HRIS systems (highly regarded).
