A Talent Acquisition Intern assists the HR or recruitment team in finding and hiring suitable candidates for job openings. The role focuses on learning the recruitment process from start to finish while supporting daily hiring activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Posting job advertisements on platforms like Eurostaffs, Eurostaffs, and company career pages.
- Screening resumes and shortlisting suitable candidates.
- Scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Communicating with candidates via email, phone, or messaging.
- Assisting in interview coordination and preparing interview documents.
- Supporting employer branding activities, such as career fairs or social media recruitment posts.
- Maintaining recruitment reports and candidate databases.

Requirements:
