Senior Human Resources Operations Manager

Job Summary:
Salexi Human Resources \& Consulting W.L.L. is seeking an experienced and people-focused Senior Human Resources Operations Manager to lead HR operations, employee support initiatives, and workforce management in Doha. What you'll do:

• Lead daily HR operations including employee relations, workforce support, and HR administration
• Develop and implement HR operational strategies, policies, and process improvements
• Oversee onboarding, employee records, attendance coordination, and HR documentation
• Support recruitment coordination, workforce planning, and talent management activities
• Monitor HR KPIs, operational efficiency, and employee engagement metrics
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations, company policies, and HR standards
• Collaborate with leadership teams on organizational planning and employee support initiatives
• Manage HR systems, reporting processes, and operational workflows
• Handle employee concerns and support issue resolution processes
• Lead and mentor HR operations and administrative support teams

Requirements:

• Experience in HR operations, human resources management, or people operations
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple HR priorities and operational tasks
• Knowledge of HR processes, employee relations, and workforce operations
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred or equivalent experience
