HR Admin Manager
Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the full spectrum of HR and administrative functions for the Taiwan office, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, employee records, and HR administration.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks in compliance with Taiwan labor laws and company policies.
  • Manage payroll, attendance, leave administration, employee benefits, insurance, and other HR operations.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for employee relations, resolving workplace issues and fostering a positive and engaging work environment.
  • Liaise with external vendors, government authorities, legal advisors, and payroll providers on HR and administrative matters.
  • Manage office administration, facilities, procurement, travel arrangements, and general office operations.
  • Support performance management, employee engagement, learning and development, and talent retention initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with Taiwan employment regulations, tax, labor insurance, national health insurance, and other statutory requirements.
  • Prepare HR reports, headcount analysis, and workforce planning to support business growth.
  • Partner closely with regional and headquarters teams to align local HR practices with global business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of HR and administration experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Taiwan Labor Standards Act, employment regulations, payroll, labor insurance, national health insurance, and HR best practices.
  • Experience working in multinational companies or supporting regional teams is highly preferred.
  • Hands-on experience managing payroll, employee benefits, recruitment, employee relations, and office administration.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and English is required.
  • Experience in the technology, fintech, gaming or cryptocurrency industry is highly preferred.
