Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and guest-oriented Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our property. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a seamless guest experience while maintaining high standards of service, profitability, and staff performance. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Operations Management: Oversee all front-of-house and back-of-house operations, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and F\&B services.
- Guest Relations: Address guest complaints and feedback proactively to ensure high satisfaction ratings and brand loyalty.
- Financial Oversight: Manage annual budgets, track expenses, and implement revenue management strategies to maximize occupancy and GOP.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor department heads and staff. Conduct performance reviews and foster a positive, productive work environment.
- Quality Control: Perform regular inspections of the property to ensure rooms, public areas, and facilities meet luxury and safety standards.
- Compliance: Ensure the hotel adheres to local licensing laws, health and safety regulations, and labor standards.
- Vendor Management: Negotiate contracts with suppliers and manage third-party service providers.
Requirements \& Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years in hotel management or a senior leadership role within the hospitality industry.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Property Management Systems (PMS) like Opera or Oracle NetSuite, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead diverse teams and manage high-pressure situations effectively.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of P\&L statements, budgeting, and forecasting.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in high-volume or luxury boutique environments.
- Multilingual capabilities are a significant plus.
- Strong networking skills within the local tourism and business community.
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
