We are hiring experienced Hostess for a reputed restaurant group in Kuwait.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and assist them with seating
- Manage reservations, waiting lists, and table allocations efficiently
- Escort guests to tables and provide menus
- Coordinate with restaurant staff to ensure smooth seating and guest flow
- Answer phone calls and handle customer inquiries professionally
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception and waiting area
- Inform guests about waiting times and restaurant policies when necessary
- Assist in handling guest concerns or complaints politely
- Support restaurant operations during busy service periods
- Maintain professional grooming and appearance standards
- Coordinate with floor staff and management for VIP guests and special requests
- Ensure excellent guest experience from arrival to departure
Benefits:

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Minimum height of 165 cm, a fit appearance and consistently professional grooming
- Fluent verbal communication in Arabic and English
- 2–3 years of experience in restaurants, hotels, cafés, or hospitality industry preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Good organizational and coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of reservation systems and customer handling
