Help Shape Every Experience Design Studio Consultant

We are seeking a Design Studio Consultant to join TIMPELLE as we enter an exciting new chapter. This role is suited to someone with a passion for interiors, a natural ability to build meaningful client relationships and an appreciation for thoughtful, considered design.

Responsibilities:

1. Client Consultations: Conduct design consultations to discuss briefs, design options, and colour/material selections with clients. Finalise the colour selection schedule and handle client communications via phone and email.

2. Design and Quotations: Prepare detailed quotations using Quotient software and Microsoft Excel. Create initial design sketches and utilise samples to present design options.

3. Internal Collaboration: Work closely with estimating, admin, and drafting teams to ensure seamless project progression. Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions and project details.

4. Client Approvals: Manage client approvals and any changes to the design, ensuring files are prepared for drafting and all information is accurate.

5. Sales and Upgrades: Enhance sales by recommending and selling upgrades or additional joinery to clients, ensuring they are delighted with the final design.

6. Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training sessions and supplier showcases to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.

Qualifications:

• A degree or diploma in interior design, architecture, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
