Full-Time Package

* Basic Salary: RM2,200 – RM3,000 (based Experience)

* EPF / SOCSO / EIS: Included

* Working days: 5.5 days per week

* Working hours: Based on studio operation

* Weekend/public holiday: Required

*Probation: 3 months

* Annual leave: 8–12 days depending on seniority

* Medical claim: RM300 – RM600 per year after confirmation

Job Description

1. Education & Background

* Minimum SPM / Diploma holder

* Early childhood education, art, design, education, psychology, or related field is an advantage

* Experience teaching children is preferred but not compulsory

* Fresh graduates may apply if they have the right attitude and creativity

2. Personality & Attitude

* Loves working with children

* Patient, cheerful, friendly, and responsible

* Able to communicate clearly with kids and parents

* Positive attitude and willing to learn

* Energetic and able to create a fun classroom atmosphere

* Good teamwork and willing to support studio operations

3. Teaching Ability

* Able to guide children step-by-step during creative activities

* Able to manage different age groups, especially children aged 3–12

* Able to explain instructions in simple and engaging ways

* Able to encourage children instead of only correcting them

* Able to observe children’s creativity, confidence, communication, and participation

* Able to handle children with different personalities and learning speeds

4. Art & Craft Skills

* Basic art and craft skills required

* Able to use common craft materials safely

* Able to prepare materials before class

* Able to keep the classroom and tools clean and organized

* Able to follow CRAFTOMON lesson plans and activity guidelines

5. Classroom Management

* Able to control class flow and timing

* Able to manage children’s safety during activities

* Able to maintain discipline in a friendly way

* Able to handle crying, shy, active, or distracted children calmly

* Able to keep the learning space clean, safe, and welcoming

6. Parent Communication

* Able to update parents on children’s class progress

* Able to explain what the child learned after each session

* Able to collect simple feedback from parents

* Able to communicate politely and professionally

* Able to support trial class conversion and membership explanation when needed

7. Operational Responsibility

* Punctual and reliable

* Able to assist with studio opening and closing preparation

* Able to prepare class materials and clean up after class

* Able to support workshops, events, birthday parties, and roadshows

* Able to follow SOP, safety rules, and reporting structure

* Able to submit simple class updates or reports when required

8. Brand Fit

* Understands that CRAFTOMON is not just an art class, but a creativity-based learning brand

* Able to represent Boo, Yoyo, Goo, and Rara in the classroom experience

* Able to create a fun, warm, colorful, and imaginative environment

* Supports CRAFTOMON’s direction in creativity, communication, curiosity, and child development

9. Language

* Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia

* Mandarin is an added advantage

* Must be able to speak clearly and confidently with children and parents

10. Working Requirement

* Able to work on weekends, public holidays, and school holiday periods

* Flexible to support classes, workshops, events, and pop-ups

* Able to work in a children-focused environment

* Must maintain good hygiene, grooming, and professional appearance

Preferred Extra Qualities

* Has experience in enrichment centre, preschool, tuition centre, playground, or kids event

* Comfortable with basic photography or taking class update photos

* Able to support simple social media content is an advantage

* Able to upsell classes, workshops, kits, or membership naturally

* Has leadership potential to become Senior Tutor / Studio Lead in the future

PART TIME STRUCTURE

Hour Payment: RM10/hour - RM12/hour

Minimum shift: 4 - 8 hours

Weekend/public holiday availability preferred

Training required before handling class alone

Incentive: Number of classes conducted (Subject to performance)

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
