MIRÉA Beauty Salon is a growing women’s beauty destination located in the heart of Ridgeway Plaza in Mississauga. We specialize in luxury hair colour, balayage, lightening services, healthy hair transformations, bridal beauty, brows, lashes, and makeup.

We're looking for a talented hairstylist who is passionate about their craft, takes pride in delivering an exceptional client experience, and wants to grow with a salon that is actively investing in marketing, client acquisition, and team development.

Responsibilities:

• Hair colouring, balayage, highlights, blonding and colour corrections
• Haircuts and styling
• Blowouts and special occasion styling
• Hair treatments including smoothing and conditioning services
• Client consultations and professional product recommendations
• Maintaining a clean, organized workstation
• Assisting with salon content and social media when needed

Requirements:

• Must have completed a hairstyling pre-apprenticeship program and accumulated practical salon hours in Canada or USA
• Licensed hairstylist preferred but not required
• Strong colour and haircutting skills
• Professional appearance and excellent communication skills
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Must be available to work at least one weekend day every week
• Makeup artistry is considered a strong asset
• Brow threading and facial waxing experience are considered strong assets
• Existing clientele is welcome but not required
