Mobility & Stretch Therapist- Women Only

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Post-Assisted Stretch Therapist to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about mobility, recovery, and overall physical wellness, with hands-on experience in assisted stretching techniques. You will work closely with clients to improve flexibility, reduce muscle tension, enhance posture, and support recovery through personalized stretch sessions.

Key Responsibilities

* Conduct one-on-one assisted stretching sessions tailored to each client's needs.

* Assess clients' mobility, flexibility, posture, and physical limitations.

* Develop customized stretching programs to improve movement and reduce discomfort.

* Educate clients on proper stretching techniques and overall body wellness.

* Maintain accurate client records and monitor progress.

* Ensure a safe, hygienic, and professional treatment environment.

* Collaborate with the wellness team to deliver an exceptional client experience.

* Recommend appropriate wellness services and home-care exercises when needed.

Requirements

* Certification or training in Assisted Stretch Therapy, Sports Therapy, Physiotherapy, Fitness, or a related field.

* Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in assisted stretching, rehabilitation, sports recovery, or wellness.

* Strong understanding of human anatomy, biomechanics, and muscle function.

* Excellent communication and client service skills.

* Professional appearance and positive attitude.

* Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in luxury wellness centers, spas, physiotherapy clinics, or fitness facilities.

* Additional certifications in massage therapy, corrective exercise, or sports recovery are an advantage.
