The business area that can offer a position is:* Homes Victoria – Asset Management Branch as a Graduate Project Officer

As a graduate in the Aboriginal Graduate Program 2026 with the department, you will get hands-on experience along with formal development opportunities tailored to build your skills. This will give you a professional advantage in the increasingly competitive workforce, wherever your career may take you. This graduate position sits within the Asset Management branch. The graduate will provide project support and data analysis to assist in the implementation of asset plans that deliver on Homes Victoria's strategic objectives. This will include analysis of relevant asset information, stakeholder consultation, coordination of planning processes, record keeping and provide support to the Low-Rise Planning Team. This rewarding and challenging role will work collaboratively within the Asset Lifecycle Planning Unit. Typically, graduates undertake a structured program at the department which comprises of: work rotations designed to expose you to business areas across the department* opportunities to undertake a diverse range of work * on the job and formal training to help you establish your professional grounding * opportunities to build professional networks
