End-to-end planning and delivery: Own full-lifecycle planning and management of enterprise deployment and internal product projects, defining clear goals, timelines, resource needs, and risk controls to deliver on time, on quality, and on budget.
Cross-functional coordination: Partner closely with Product, Engineering, AI, and Customer Success teams, breaking down silos and aligning resources and schedules to drive every phase forward.
Progress tracking and risk management: Track progress on a regular cadence, build visible progress and risk tracking, adapt strategies flexibly, and surface and resolve issues early to keep projects on track.
Customer and stakeholder communication: Serve as the key hub between customers and internal teams, maintaining strong channels, integrating enterprise customer needs (e.g., semiconductor and high-security), and resolving deployment issues.
Reporting and presentation: Prepare and present status reports with clear progress updates, risk assessments, and recommendations so decision-makers and stakeholders grasp the full picture fast.
Process building and improvement: Audit and design scalable PM processes and SOP templates from scratch, introduce the right tools and methods, and continuously cut cross-functional communication cost and error rate.
