Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-sinior Project Manager to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of construction processes, and proficiency with industry-standard management software. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead diverse projects, coordinate teams, and ensure successful delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.

Duties

  • Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets using construction management software such as Primavera P6 and HeavyBid.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure project specifications are met.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to facilitate smooth project execution.
  • Utilize construction estimating techniques to prepare accurate cost projections and resource allocations.
  • Oversee procurement processes and manage subcontractor relationships through platforms like ProCore.
  • Monitor project progress regularly, identify potential issues early, and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes throughout all phases of construction.
  • Prepare detailed reports on project status, risks, and milestones for stakeholders.
  • Lead project meetings, facilitate communication among team members, and maintain documentation for all project activities.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in construction management or related roles with a strong understanding of construction processes.
  • Proficiency in blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings.
  • Hands-on experience with construction management software such as ProCore, Primavera P6, Bluebeam, Civil 3D, HeavyBid.
  • Knowledge of construction estimating techniques and tools.
  • Familiarity with civil engineering concepts and site layout planning.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with effective communication skills to coordinate diverse teams.
  • Ability to interpret technical documents and manage project documentation accurately.
  • Relevant certifications or degrees in Construction Management or Civil Engineering are preferred but not required. This position offers a dynamic work environment where leadership qualities and technical expertise are highly valued for the successful delivery of complex construction projects.

Pay: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
