As one of our three Support Services Coordinators, you’ll be part of a tight, supportive team that keeps our Facilities and Support Unit running smoothly every day. You’ll be the friendly face and reliable go‑to for staff across the business, helping them get what they need, when they need it.

Reporting to the Facilities Support Team Leader, you’ll provide high‑quality administrative and customer support across a wide range of facilities functions. Your work will span everything from managing accounts, work requests, and purchase orders, to supporting our Cardax and key management processes. You’ll also play an important role in keeping our systems and processes humming, ensuring our people and spaces are well looked after.

Qualifications and experience

  • A proven track record of thinking differently, acting with integrity, working together and making it happen.
  • Experience processing invoices and financial information.
  • Experience with invoicing systems and administrative databases.
  • Experience of work order processing systems (IPS) and financial systems.
  • Experience with electronic filing systems and share point an advantage.

  • Being able to demonstrate your ability to articulate and support the corporate vision and contribute positively to team culture.

  • Customer focused with the ability to work with customers to understand their needs to ensure information and services are provided that meet their requirements.
  • A positive mindset and the ability to use your initiative while staying within organisation procedures and processes.
  • Intermediate level of computer literacy and experience with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Methodical working style with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Clean Full NZ Drivers Licence.
