Internship Warranty and claims Support Cummins Tuzla

We are looking for a motivated intern to join our Claims \& Warranty department for a 12-month internship (2 x 6 months) . This role offers hands-on experience in warranty processes, technical claim analysis, and cross-functional collaboration within an international environment.

Requirements:

• New graduate in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering, candidates in their last year, graduating in 2026 will be considered.
• Good command of English and MS Office programs
• Strong communication skills
• Strong interest in technical products and aftersales processe s
• Analytical mindset and attention to detail
• Good communication skills and willingness to learn
• Proactive, structured, and team-oriented
• For practical reasons, only candidates on the Anatolian side of Istanbul will be considered, during the beginning training period it will be full time on site in Tuzla.
• Support OEM claim submission processes
• Control and review claim service work orders
• Prepare and enter credit notes in the Movex system
• Check and manage returned claim parts
