Solution Design \& Architecture* Develop solution architectures and technical proposals for: + Power Quality Solutions: Active Harmonic Filters (AHF), Static VAR Generators (SVG), Power Factor Correction (PFC), and Dynamic Voltage Restorers (DVR). + Electrical Digital Twin (eDT): ETAP-based offline and real-time digital twin solutions. * Define customer use cases, business value propositions, technical requirements and ensure that the use cases are successfully delivered by execution teams. * Support proof-of-concept activities, solution demonstrations, and technical validation.

Power Quality Solution Expertise Serve as the subject matter expert for:* Power quality assessment, mitigation, and optimization solutions. * AHF, SVG, PFC, and DVR application engineering and sizing. * Load analysis, harmonic studies, reactive power compensation, and power quality improvement initiatives. * Compliance with applicable power quality standards and customer requirements. * Power system troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and remediation recommendations.

Electrical Digital Twin (eDT) Expertise Electrical System Modeling \& iSLD development using ETAP offline and real-time modules Interpret project single-line diagrams, schematics, protective device schedules, cable schedules, load lists, and equipment datasheets to build accurate digital models of the electrical network. * Model electrical systems starting from the utility service, extending through the medium-voltage distribution system, and down to low-voltage AC and DC load buses. * Include all energy sources contributing to a fault, including utility supply, generators, and induction motor contribution over the appropriate fault duration, for both redundant and non-redundant configurations. * Update and maintain the digital model as project information matures across all design and construction phases. Real-time electric digital twin* (Etap)

Perform the following studies to project specifications and applicable codes: Load Flow Analysis - Determine bus loading, voltage drop, and power factor for both redundant and non-redundant scenarios. * Protection \& Coordination Study - Determine overcurrent protective device settings for selective tripping, from utility service down to low-voltage circuits at rack or panel level. * Arc-Flash Hazard Analysis - Calculate arc-flash hazard boundary distances and incident energy at all switchgear, panelboards, and applicable equipment; prepare warning labels. * Cable Ampacity \& Thermal Analysis - Verify that cables in the distribution system operate within thermal and ampacity limits. * Motor Starting Studies - Simulate voltage dip and mechanical dynamics during motor start (DOL, star-delta, soft starter, VFD). * Harmonic Analysis - Screen harmonic distortion against IEEE 519 / IEC 61000-3 limits and support mitigation sizing. * Grounding System Studies - Support IEEE 80 / IEEE 665 grounding grid design for step, touch, and transferred voltage compliance. * Reliability \& Renewable Integration Studies - Support quantification of SAIFI/SAIDI indices and integration of on-site renewables, BESS, and DERs where applicable. * Scenario-based operational studies*

Key responsibilities include:* Drive real-time electrical digital twin (eDT) projects pre-sales support and preparation. * Collect field data during site visits, including equipment nameplates, protection relay settings, and geotechnical soil thermal resistivity (Rho value) for cable studies. * Participate in deployment phase and commissioning support, providing settings and information required to meet the project schedule * Coordinate with Engineer of Record, general contractor, equipment vendors, and commissioning agent for study inputs and validation. * Building, validating, and maintaining electrical network models. * Performing power system simulations and engineering analyses. * Supporting digital twin deployment through model validation and system verification. * Translating engineering results into actionable operational recommendations and business value for customers.
