  • Own the Automatic Milking Systems product portfolio within the Farm Technologies Division, including full lifecycle management from concept to phase-out
  • Lead and develop a global team of product managers and specialists in a matrix organization; foster accountability and empowerment
  • Set targets, track performance, and report on product sales and growth
  • Manage pricing strategy and product margins to achieve financial objectives
  • Drive profitability and customer satisfaction through strategic product management
  • Define product specifications and roadmap; create compelling value propositions and sales narratives
  • Implement innovative concepts and business models to strengthen market position
  • Conduct competitor analysis and market intelligence; monitor and steer market share development

Your profile and qualifications

  • University degree in agriculture, economics, marketing, or equivalent professional experience
  • Proven leadership experience in managing global teams and working within matrix organizations
  • Strong background in change management and navigating fast-paced environments
  • Excellent communication and strategic thinking skills; proactive and solution-oriented mindset
  • Ability to take initiative and deliver results beyond the standard scope
  • Willingness to travel internationally and adapt to dynamic business needs
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus About GEA
