The Opportunity

You'll lead the digital transformation of some of NZ's best brands. This isn't just about digital media strategy - it's about being the architect of their digital future. You'll own the strategic direction, provide leadership, mentor talent, and directly influence client relationships. Your work will drive measurable business outcomes.

You'll:

• Own digital strategy and transformation roadmap items for key client accounts
• Support building the next generation of digital talent in New Zealand
• Be the trusted advisor when clients need strategic clarity in a complex media and digital landscape
• Drive innovation by identifying emerging opportunities and work closely with our SBUs to support delivery
• Help shape OMD's digital capabilities to support our as the market leader in data-driven transformation

You Have:

• 7+ years building sophisticated digital strategies (media planning/buying background essential)
• Understanding of the entire digital ecosystem: programmatic, SEM, SEO, social, CRM, attribution modeling, privacy-first measurement
• Track record of winning new business or expanding existing relationships through digital excellence
• The confidence to mentor, challenge, influence, and elevate our digital offering/capability
