TheITM\&ALead –Enterprise Applicationsrole is responsible for driving large, complex initiatives tied to mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. This leader partners closely with senior stakeholders, oversees cross‑domain execution, manages risk, and ensures successful delivery of strategic outcomes while strengthening overall project delivery maturity.
What You’ll Do
Lead end‑to‑end delivery of large, complexenterprise applicationsM\&A programs and other critical initiatives
Define program scope, objectives, milestones, and success measures aligned to enterprise priorities
Coordinate planning and execution acrossenterprise applicationsdomainsERP, Finance, HRIS and Workplace Servicestechnologies
Identify, track, and resolve program‑level risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating as needed
Establish and maintain governance structures, including executive‑level reporting and communications
Partner with senior leaders and business stakeholders to drive alignment and informed decision‑making
Oversee Day 1 readiness, Day 2 transition activities, and TSA execution where applicable
Mentor and guide project managers, reinforcing delivery best practices and consistent methodologies
Drive continuous improvement in project execution, tools, and delivery standards
Ensure compliance with enterprise delivery frameworks and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
Minimum Requirements: Degree or equivalent and typically requires 10+ years of relevant experience. Less years required if has relevant Master’s or Doctorate qualifications
Critical Skills
10+ years of experience leading IT projects or programsin the Enterprise Applications space
Proven experience delivering complex, large‑scale initiatives in enterprise environments
Demonstrated experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, or major transformations
Strong working knowledge across coreEnterprise Applicationsdomains
Hands‑on experience applying Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery approaches
Additional Qualifications
Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
Experience leading high‑visibility, cross‑functional programs
Track record of mentoring and developing project managers
Sound judgment and decision‑making in complex or ambiguous situations
Experience using enterprise project and delivery tools (e.g., Planview, Jira)
PMP, or equivalent preferred
Agile certifications (Scrum Master, PMI‑ACP, SAFe) a plus
