This is a full-time, on-site role for a Digital Marketing Executive based in Kuwait. You'll be the digital marketing engine for our entire group, reporting to the Group Marketing Manager. You'll own paid media, web performance, analytics, and CRM across:
Trampo in Kuwait, UAE, and Oman
This is a hands-on role for someone who actually wants to build campaigns, not just oversee them. You'll work closely with brand leads in each market while owning the digital function group-wide.
What You'll Do
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and emerging platforms
- Own performance reporting across all brands and markets, including weekly and monthly reporting to leadership
- Manage tracking infrastructure including Meta Pixel, Conversions API, GA4, and Google Tag Manager
- Own conversion rate optimisation on our websites
- Build and execute CRM and email marketing campaigns to drive repeat visits
- Manage influencer and barter campaign budgets and ROI tracking
- Coordinate with brand executives on campaign briefs, creative requirements, and launch timelines
- Stay ahead of digital trends across GCC entertainment and family leisure sectors
What we're looking for
- 3 to 5 years of digital marketing experience, ideally in retail, F\&B, entertainment, or e-commerce
- Proven track record running paid campaigns on Meta and Google with budgets you can speak to
- Strong analytical mindset with hands-on GA4 and Meta Ads Manager experience
- Comfortable with technical setup including pixel implementation, conversion tracking, and basic GTM work
- Experience marketing in GCC markets, with understanding of Kuwait, UAE, or Oman consumer behaviour
- Excellent English communication, Arabic is a strong plus
- Self-starter who can manage multiple brands and markets
- Experienced with AI tools for marketing workflows
