The Role

We are hiring Surface and Underground Driller Offsiders based in Perth. Offering entry-level and experienced positions.

Expect long days, heavy manual labour, dust, noise and challenging conditions. While the role is physically demanding, it offers the opportunity to build a rewarding career in the drilling industry.

We offer full time positions with on-the-job training, annual performance reviews and internal career progression with competitive rates across the board.

What you’ll get

• 2 weeks on 1 week off roster – with chances for OT
• FIFO from Perth or DIDO in Kalgoorlie
• Surface and Underground positions

What you’ll be doing?

• Perform manual handling and operational support tasks
• Assist drillers in core sampling and rig operations
• Conduct pre-start inspections and safety checks
• Contribute to a safe, productive work environment

What we need from you:

• Australian citizenship or permanent residency
• Pass pre-employment medical, drug \& alcohol screening
• Police clearance within 6 months
• First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
• Manual Driver’s Licence (underground) / HR Licence (surface)
• Physical fitness and willingness to learn

Great if you have

• Experience with drill rigs, mining and FIFO work
• Trades, labouring, construction, farming or other hands-on work experience
• HR Licence
