Job Purpose
Support showroom operations by enhancing customer engagement, assisting sales activities, and providing customer service and fleet support to ensure seamless customer experience.
Principal Accountabilities
Greet customers warmly upon arrival and ensure a welcoming showroom environment.
Understand customer needs and direct them to the appropriate Sales Executive or another department.
Support CRM activities, Call the customer over the phone or email and maintain records of Sales force Opportunities.
Support showroom events, campaigns, and promotions.
Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance customer experience
Collect daily walk in customers list and report to management as communicated
Handle escalated complaints from call centers and social media professionally.
Assist with fleet operations including vehicle replacements, inspections, and maintenance.
Inspect vehicles on return, ensure settlement of payments, and coordinate accident reports.
Submit accurate ad-hoc reports.
Review daily test-drives dashboard/Report and act accordingly.
Required Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any business-related field
Bilingual
Intermediate Excel skills, including report creation and data tracking
Strong communication skills with the ability to deal with internal and external stakeholders
Highly organized with the ability to multitask across competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Minimum of 3 years of work experience, Automotive industry's exposure is a plus
