Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and persuasive Telesales Representative to join our team in Doha. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, generating leads, closing sales, and providing excellent customer service. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills and a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead generation: Identify and qualify potential customers through outbound calls.
- Sales conversion: Present products and services, negotiate terms, and close deals.
- Customer engagement: Build rapport with clients and maintain long-term relationships.
- Database management: Update CRM systems with accurate client information.
- Target achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
- Feedback collection: Gather customer insights to improve sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 1–3 years of telesales or call center experience.
- Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Knowledge of the Qatari market is an advantage.

Pay: Up to QAR6,700.00 per month
