Job description

PB Tech is looking for a highly analytical and creative CRM & Marketing Automation Specialist to help deliver personalised customer experiences at scale. Working within SAP Emarsys, you'll design, build and optimise automated customer journeys that engage customers throughout their lifecycle, from welcome and post-purchase communications through to product upgrades, re-engagement campaigns and personalised promotional activity. Success in this role requires a combination of technical marketing expertise, customer insight, creativity and data analysis. You'll work closely with Digital Marketing, Ecommerce, Information Systems and Design teams to ensure our customer data is effectively leveraged to deliver relevant, timely and high-performing communications. • Design, build and maintain automated customer journeys in SAP Emarsys • Develop lifecycle programmes including welcome journeys, post-purchase communications, onboarding, replenishment and upgrade reminders, nurture programmes, win-back campaigns, cart, browse abandonment and loyalty communications • Spot new automation opportunities that improve customer experience while driving revenue and engagement • Personalise campaigns based on customer behaviour, purchase history, interests and lifecycle stage • Build a deep understanding of PB Tech's customer data and data layers • Partner with the Information Systems team to integrate valuable customer data into SAP Emarsys • Recommend new customer attributes, segmentation opportunities and behavioural triggers • Help shape best practice for segmentation and dynamic content • Create compelling marketing communications across email, SMS, push and other channels • Write persuasive, segment-tailored copy • Collaborate with Graphic Designers and AI-powered design/content tools to produce great creative • Ensure all communications reflect PB Tech's brand and promotional standards • Monitor campaign performance, open rate, click-through rate, conversion, revenue, AOV, engagement and retention • Run A/B tests across subject lines, creative, send times, messaging and journey timing • Continuously optimise journeys based on insights • Work closely with Digital Marketing, Ecommerce, Business Intelligence, Data & Analytics, Marketing Design and Product Marketing teams • Support the rollout of new marketing technologies and CRM initiatives

Requirements
