As we continue to grow, we are looking for an energetic Corporate Business Development Executive who can introduce The Monk to businesses across Dubai and generate new corporate catering opportunities.

The Role

This is a field sales position.

Your primary responsibility is to visit offices, corporate companies, business parks, schools, hospitals, co-working spaces, and commercial establishments across Dubai to generate new catering and corporate meal business.

This is not an office-based sales role. We are looking for someone who enjoys meeting people, building relationships, and bringing in new business every day.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new corporate catering business across Dubai.
• Visit offices daily to meet decision-makers and introduce The Monk.
• Build relationships with HR departments, Office Managers, Executive Assistants, Procurement teams, Facility Managers, and Corporate Administration teams.
• Promote:
• Corporate Breakfasts
• Business Lunches
• Office Catering
• Meeting Catering
• Training \& Conference Meals
• Corporate Events
• Employee Meal Programs
• Festive \& Seasonal Catering
• Conduct food tastings and product presentations where required.
• Prepare quotations and follow up until orders are confirmed.
• Maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Keep an updated CRM/database of prospects and clients.
• Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth execution of catering orders.
• Identify new business opportunities and market trends.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of UAE B2B sales or corporate business development experience.
• Experience in restaurant, catering, hospitality, FMCG, food service, or corporate sales is highly preferred.
• Valid UAE Driving Licence is mandatory.
• Own vehicle is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Confident meeting senior decision-makers.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
• Comfortable working independently in the field.
• Good knowledge of Dubai's business districts and corporate landscape.

• Help introduce thousands of new customers to The Monk through corporate food experiences.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
