Role Summary:

ビジネスアナリスト（BA）は、Magna Electronics Japanにおいて、業務部門とIT部門をつなぐ重要な役割を担います。

本ポジションは以下を担当します:

• 業務部門とのエンゲージメントを推進する
• 業務要件を特定し、構造化する
• Oracle JDEからSAPへの移行プロジェクトを支援する
• Engineeringを含む各業務部門と連携し、業務課題を理解し、要件を明確化し、ローカルおよびグローバルチームと実効性のあるITソリューションを調整する
• IT組織のサポート主導型モデルからビジネス連携型機能への移行を推進する

BAは、ローカルのステークホルダーおよびグローバルITチームと密接に連携し、ビジネス上重要な取り組みを確実に遂行します。

Key Responsibilities:

Business Engagement \& Requirement Management /業務部門との連携・要件管理

• 業務ニーズ、潜在的な要件、プロセス上の非効率を主体的に特定する
• 業務要件を明確な機能仕様に落とし込む
• ワークショップ、インタビュー、要件定義セッションをファシリテートする
• 業務部門の期待値とIT成果物の整合性を確保する
• Finance、Logistics、Purchasing、Engineering、Qualityなど、各機能の業務ステークホルダーと強固な関係を構築する
• Engineeringチームと連携し、ローカルの業務ニーズの理解、要件の明確化、および必要に応じた関連グローバルITチームとの調整を通じて、Business Analysis活動を支援する

Process Improvement \& IT Value Creation / プロセス改善・IT価値創出

• プロセス最適化および自動化の機会を特定する
• 業務効率およびデータ精度の向上につながる取り組みを推進する
• ビジネス主導型IT組織への変革を支援する
• 業務プロセスおよびITサービスの継続的改善に貢献する

Stakeholder \& Communication Management / ステークホルダー・コミュニケーション管理

• シニアマネジメントを含む、あらゆる階層のステークホルダーと効果的にコミュニケーションを行う
• 言語・文化の違いをまたいだ明確で体系的なコミュニケーションを推進する
• ベンダー、グローバルチーム、ローカルユーザーとの調整を行う
• 業務に関わるIT課題のエスカレーション窓口として対応する

SAP Migration (Oracle JDE E1 SAP) – Local BA Role / SAP移行（Oracle JDE E1 SAP）– ローカルBAとしての役割

• 日本の業務ユーザーとグローバルSAPプロジェクトチームとの橋渡し役を担う
• 要件定義、Fit-Gap分析、UAT活動を支援する
• ローカル要件（言語、法規制、業務慣行）が明確に伝達されるようにする
• グローバルテンプレートとローカル業務運用とのギャップを最小化する
• ERP移行プロジェクトにおけるローカルBusiness Analystとして活動する

EDI System Management \& Integration / EDIシステム管理・連携

• 顧客（自動車OEM）およびサプライヤー（海外拠点とのSFTP経由）とのコミュニケーションに使用されるEDIシステムを管理・支援する
• EDI関連トピックについて、業務ステークホルダー、外部パートナー、ITベンダー間の主要な窓口として機能する
• EDIの設計、導入、改善（新規顧客オンボーディング、顧客起因の変更対応など）を支援する
• 既存のEDIシステム（JP1、AnyTran、Windowsベース環境）の安定運用を確保する

ERP System Operations \& Reporting (until SAP migration project completion) / ERPシステム運用・レポーティング（SAP移行プロジェクト完了まで）

• ERPシステム（Oracle JDE）の運用を支援する。これには、ベンダー管理、レポーティング、ユーザーサポートを含む（実際のインシデント対応および開発は外部委託先が実施）。

Occasional Operational Support \& Team Collaboration / 必要時の運用支援・チーム連携

協調的かつ柔軟なIT組織の一員として、本ポジションは必要に応じて、選定されたITオペレーションに限定的に貢献する場合があります:

• IT Supportチームメンバーとのサポート調整を行う
• サポートリソースと連携し、日常的なIT運用が円滑に進むよう支援する
• PC構築・リプレースを支援する
• 新規ユーザーのオンボーディング（デバイス準備、アクセス調整）を支援する

資格・経験

Required / 必須

• Business Analystまたは同等の業務部門向けロールで5年以上の経験
• IT経験10年以上（うち多国籍企業環境での経験5年以上を含む）
• ステークホルダーエンゲージメントおよび要件収集に関する十分な経験
• グローバルITプロジェクトまたはクロスボーダー連携の経験
• 日本語および英語のビジネスレベル能力（一方は流暢またはネイティブレベルであること）
• 変化の速い環境で自律的かつ主体的に業務を進める能力
• データ抽出、分析、レポーティングを支援するためのSQLの基礎知識（開発者レベルの知識は不要）
• ITガバナンスおよび統制（ITGC）に関する知識

Preferred / 歓迎

• ERPシステム、ERP導入またはERP移行プロジェクト（SAP、Oracle JDEまたは同等）の経験
• Financeおよび/またはLogisticsの業務プロセスに関する知識
• ITサービスマネジメント（ITSM）環境に関する知識
