Your role and responsibilities:

In this role, you will have the opportunity to drive a culture of data-driven continuous improvement across APAC, focusing on Customer Operations and Sales Operations, with an emphasis on customer experience, process excellence, and cost optimization.

Each day, you will leverage Lean Six Sigma and advanced analytics to identify opportunities, design solutions, and deliver measurable impact. You will be translating complex data insights into actionable recommendations and effectively communicating them to diverse, international stakeholders.

You will also act as the single point of contact (SPOC) between Local sales organization, Regional distribution center & Local Distribution Center (LSO/RDC/LDC) and Global customer excellence teams, ensuring alignment and transparency through robust performance dashboards and reporting.

You will be mainly accountable for:

  • Lead end-to-end continuous improvement initiatives to optimize customer journeys using data analysis, process mapping, and root cause problem-solving, while driving cross-functional execution.
  • Identify and prioritize improvement opportunities aligned to business strategy, and lead matrix teams (without direct authority) to deliver impactful results.
  • Build organizational capability by mentoring, coaching, and training teams in Lean Six Sigma, while driving standardization, best practices, and knowledge transfer across functions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor by deploying sustainable solutions, developing KPI dashboards (e.g. Power BI), and translating data into actionable insights to support business performance and commercial operations strategy.

Qualifications for the role:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Continuous Improvement, Operations, or Analytics.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly across Opportunity-to-Order and Order-to-Cash processes.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex datasets and generate actionable business insights.
  • Experience in building dashboards and reports (Power BI preferred).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional and global teams.
  • Working knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP ECC/S4 HANA/APO) and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma).

Nice to have:

  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt.
  • Experience with data tools (e.g. SQL, Python, Power BI Platform)
