The Opportunity We are currently seeking a Competency \& Medical Administrator to join our team at our Perth Airport-based Head Office. This role plays a key part in supporting training, competency compliance, and medical administration processes across the business The Role As the Competency \& Support (Medical) Administrator you will be responsible for: * Processing all training requirements, including enrolments and confirmations * Processing Permits to Work (Track Access Permits) * Raising requisitions and purchase orders * Processing invoices for external providers and reconciling payments * Maintaining accurate employee training records and competency data * Data entry and ongoing management of competency systems

About You To be successful in this role we need you to have * Previous experience in a similar administration or coordination role (training, compliance, or medical administration highly regarded) * Strong organisational and coordination skills with excellent attention to detail * Highly developed interpersonal skills and the ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Proficiency across the Microsoft Office suite * Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion
