We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Client Care Manager to join our healthcare team. Responsibilities
*Maintain effective regular communication with carers, clients and families regarding scheduling.
*Handle new client enquiries and HSE referrals.
*Support recruitment and onboarding of new care staff
*Provide administration support to the care team and compile weekly reports (Word, Excel)
*Ensure consistent application of companies policies, procedures and approved practice and to promote the aims of Right at Home.
*The candidate should have flexibility of being on call and travel within CHO3
Skills
* Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Ability to multitask, prioritise workloads, and work effectively under pressure.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling software.
* Compassionate, empathetic, and passionate about delivering quality care.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Work authorisation for Ireland required.
