Civil Project Engineer (Bahraini National)

We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to join our renewable energy team and support the successful delivery of solar projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and supervise civil works for solar projects, including site preparation, foundations, drainage, roads, and infrastructure.
• Conduct site surveys and assess project suitability and requirements.
• Review engineering drawings and ensure compliance with project specifications and relevant standards.
• Monitor construction progress, quality, safety, and environmental compliance.
• Manage subcontractors, materials, and site resources to ensure timely project execution.
• Track project schedules, costs, and progress, and provide regular reports.
• Resolve site-related technical issues and support project commissioning and handover.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of civil construction experience, with at least 3 years in solar or renewable energy projects.
• Strong knowledge of structural works, foundations, drainage systems, roads, and infrastructure.
• Familiarity with international and local engineering standards and regulations.
• Proficiency in MS Office and project planning/scheduling tools.
• Ability to work on-site and manage multiple stakeholders.
