A Civil Foreman must possess strong knowledge of construction methods and techniques, including concrete pouring, excavation, masonry, and heavy equipment operations. • Supervise daily on-site operations to ensure projects are progressing smoothly.

• Oversee material management, ensuring correct materials are on-site and used properly.
• Coordinate and lead a team of workers, delegating tasks as needed.
• Monitor project progress, ensuring milestones are met.
• Manage the operation and maintenance of heavy equipment and tools.
• Collaborate with site engineers and project managers to align operations with project schedules.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
