$ Full time on site

Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Process cash, credit/debit card, e-wallet, and other payment transactions accurately.
Issue receipts, refunds, and change correctly.
Operate the Point-of-Sale (POS) system efficiently.
Balance cash drawer and prepare end-of-shift cash reconciliation.
Ensure all sales transactions are recorded accurately.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic complaints professionally.
Promote ongoing promotions, loyalty programs, and menu items to customers.
Coordinate with the kitchen and service crew to ensure smooth order processing.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier counter and dining area.
Ensure compliance with company SOPs, cash handling procedures, and food safety standards.
Report any discrepancies, equipment issues, or customer concerns to the Restaurant Manager.
Assist with general restaurant operations when required.

Job Requirements

Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
Previous experience as a Cashier or in customer service is an advantage; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling procedures.
Good mathematical and numerical skills.
Honest, responsible, and trustworthy in handling cash transactions.
Friendly personality with excellent customer service skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Basic computer literacy is an added advantage.
