Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, reliable, responsible, and customer-focused Cashier \& Customer Service to join our retail team in Dubai.

The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of relevant experience in cashiering, customer service, supermarket, retail, or Day-to-Day market operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle cash, card, and POS transactions accurately.
• Process purchases and issue receipts.
• Welcome customers and provide excellent customer service.
• Assist customers with product information, prices, and availability.
• Handle customer questions, complaints, refunds, and exchanges professionally.
• Maintain accurate cash and transaction records.
• Perform daily cash reconciliation and closing procedures.
• Keep the cashier counter clean and organized.
• Coordinate with store staff for smooth daily operations.
• Report cash discrepancies or transaction issues to the supervisor.
• Support other store activities when required.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant cashier or customer service experience.
• Experience in a Day-to-Day market, supermarket, hypermarket, convenience store, or retail environment is preferred.
• Good English communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling.
• Strong customer-service and communication skills.
• Honest, punctual, responsible, and hardworking.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

We are looking for someone who is customer-focused, honest, hardworking, punctual, and comfortable handling cash and POS transactions.

Location Preference

Candidates already based in Al Jafiliya, Satwa, or nearby areas, or those who can conveniently commute to the work location, are preferred.

Compensation

AED 1,500 – AED 2,000 per month, depending on relevant experience, skills, and interview performance.
