Cabinet Maker – Bespoke Joinery Workshop

Saada & Sons is a design-led bespoke cabinetmaking studio in West Sussex. We make kitchens, wardrobes, media units and fitted furniture in our own workshop, and install them across London and the South East. Every piece is ours from first cut to final fix.

We're looking for a skilled Cabinet Maker to join us on an ongoing basis — a proper long-term role in a small, close-knit team that takes real pride in its work.

We'd also consider a strong Cabinet Maker's Assistant ready to step up.

The role

Working between our West Sussex workshop and client sites in London, you'll:

• Work from cutting lists to cut and prepare materials accurately
• Build standard and bespoke cabinet components to specification
• Assemble, finish and quality-check completed pieces
• Install cabinetry and fitted furniture on site to a high standard

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a cabinet maker (1 year+)
• CNC machinery experience — highly desirable
• Ability to read and work from technical drawings
• Meticulous attention to detail and pride in your finish
• Confident working independently on client sites
• Full driving licence and own transport (our workshop is rural)

Nice to have (not essential)

• Spray finishing and lacquering
• Veneering or marquetry
