Job Description

HIRING: Service Advisor (Workshop Sales \& Parts Support)

TM Motoworld (HQ) Kapar.

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Service Advisor who can handle customers, drive workshop sales, and support parts coordination.

This role is a mix of:
- Customer service + sales
- Workshop coordination
- Parts handling support

Job Responsibilities

1. Customer Handling \& Communication

  • Attend to walk-in customers professionally.
  • Reply enquiries via WhatsApp, phone calls, and social media.
  • Explain service, repair, and maintenance clearly.
  • Handle complaints and problem customers professionally.
  • Ensure good customer experience.

2. Workshop Sales \& Pricing

  • Prepare quotation and explain pricing
  • Recommend suitable service and parts
  • Upsell additional service when needed
  • Help workshop achieve sales target \& revenue growth

3. Job Card \& Service Coordination

  • Open and manage Job Cards
  • Communicate clearly with mechanics
  • Update job status (waiting / in progress / ready)
  • Follow up with customers

4. Parts Support (Basic)

  • Arrange / organize spare parts properly (susun barang)
  • Prepare and pass parts to mechanics (pomen)
  • Ensure correct parts are given for each job
  • Maintain basic stock arrangement and cleanliness
  • Assist workshop team in parts coordination

5. Workshop Coordination

  • Act as bridge between customer \& workshop
  • Ensure smooth workflow
  • Work closely with Workshop Head

6. Documentation \& Reporting

  • Record job details and customer info
  • Maintain proper documentation
  • Prepare simple reports if needed

Key Responsibilities (Summary)

  • Drive workshop sales
  • Handle customers professionally
  • Support parts coordination
  • Ensure smooth workshop operation

Requirements

  • Good communication skills (WhatsApp, call, face-to-face)
  • Customer-oriented \& able to handle complaints
  • Sales mindset (comfortable explain price \& close deal)
  • Responsible, organized \& proactive
  • Able to do hands-on support (arrange parts, move items)
  • Workshop / automotive experience is an advantage

Important Note

This role is:
✔ Customer-facing
✔ Sales-driven
✔ Includes parts handling support

NOT a mechanic role.
