Lead Carpenter - Cabinets

We manufacture and install doors and cabinets on high-quality projects for residential and commercial spaces. With a reputation for craftsmanship and attention to detail, we are seeking a skilled and motivated Lead Carpenter to join our team and lead our on-site operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and execute the installation of cabinets, doors, and related millwork with precision and efficiency.

Lead and mentor a team of carpenters and apprentices to ensure quality and productivity.

Interpret blueprints, schematics, and project specifications to plan and complete tasks.

Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure deadlines and standards are met.

Inspect and maintain tools, equipment, and materials to ensure safety and reliability.

Troubleshoot and resolve on-site challenges with creative problem-solving.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a lead carpenter or similar role in cabinet and door installation.

Expertise in finish carpentry, including cutting, fitting, and installing cabinetry and doors.

Strong leadership and communication skills to guide and motivate team members.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.

Knowledge of workplace safety practices and adherence to safety standards.
