Business Analyst (System Quality Assurance – User Acceptance Test Focus), ePension (HK Support)

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans and test cases for software applications and IT systems
• Act as the test lead and engage in communication with internal and external parties
• Brief testers on the test scenarios and testing details
• Monitor testing progress and provide regular progress updates to internal and external stakeholders
• Identify and document software defects and issues
• Work closely with the development team to resolve issues and improve system performance
• Conduct manual system testing as needed
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
• Participate in the design and implementation of testing processes and procedures
• Maintain and update testing documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Information Systems, or related field;
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
• Experience with manual system testing
• Passionate about supporting the development of IT systems and applications;
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team;
• Ability to multi-task and manage in a fast-paced, dynamic environment;
• Fluent in Cantonese and have a good command of English and Mandarin;
