At Ivy League Kids Before \& After School Program, we do more than supervise children—we inspire them. What You'll Do

• Build positive, supportive relationships with children and serve as a positive role model.
• Plan and lead engaging activities, games, crafts, and enrichment experiences.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment.
• Communicate professionally with families, staff, and administration.
• Supervise children while promoting respect, responsibility, and inclusion.
• Document incidents and complete required reports accurately.
• Assist with ordering supplies and maintaining activity materials.
• Support half-day, school break, and day-off programming as needed.
• Participate in staff meetings and ongoing training.
