We are a high-end, specialized skin clinic focusing solely on skin health, particularly acne, and provide a holistic approach to skin. At Shine Skin and Body, we correct skin issues. Established for over 11 years, with a current team of 5 Therapists and a loyal clientele, we are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Dermal / Skin Therapist to join our team!

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a hybrid role consisting of traditional facials as well as dermal treatments including skin consultations, facials, extractions, peels, skin needling, various laser, IPL and LED.

Essential Attributes:

• Minimum Diploma in Beauty Therapy (completed) or higher.
• Substantial recent experience in a similar skin focussed role.
• An understanding of skin and how it functions.
• Client and results-focused, able to confidently articulate your knowledge and communicate effectively with clients.
• Experience in IPL, Laser and skin needling is an advantage.
• 2 telephone references from a manager or owner

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

Hours: Choose from 30 - 38 hours per week (permanent).

• Guaranteed hours each week.
• 4 days per week (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays \& Saturdays) including 2 late nights.
• No Sundays or Mondays \& flexibility with some Saturdays off.
• Flexible employment arrangement.

Location: Richmond VIC.

Remuneration: $29 - $40 per hour (permanent rate of pay) for highly skilled and experienced Dermal/Skin Therapists + Penalty rates + Super + uncapped Bonuses, incentives and if needed we can organise car parking.

Competitive wages will be negotiated for lesser experienced Therapists.
