Beauty Therapist

I opened the salon last year as a solo business, and it’s now growing to the point where I’m ready to welcome someone into the team. The focus has always been on creating a friendly, relaxed environment while delivering high-quality treatments and building strong client relationships.

I’m looking for a Level 3 qualified Beauty Therapist to join the salon on a part-time basis.

This role will begin with a 3-month trial period, with the goal of building a long-term position within the salon. As the business continues to grow, there will be opportunities for increased hours and development.

Responsibilities:

• Carrying out a wide range of treatments to a high standard, including:
• Waxing
• Nails
• Massage \& facials
• Lashes
• Providing a warm, professional experience for every client
• Building client relationships and encouraging rebooking
• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards
• Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the salon

What I’m Looking For

• Minimum Level 3 Beauty Therapy qualification
• Confident in performing a variety of treatments independently
• Friendly, approachable, and professional
• Passionate about the beauty industry
• Someone who genuinely enjoys client interaction and making people feel comfortable
• Reliable with good timekeeping

Pay: From £12.71 per hour
